　     選礦搖床被作為重選設備，曾廣泛用于砂金等礦物的分選，主要用于選金或選煤等。選礦搖床可以使礦粒按其密度和粒度不同而沿不同方向運動，并從給礦槽開始沿對角線呈扇形展開，依次沿床面的邊沿排出，排礦線很長，能精確地產出多種質量不同的產物，如精礦、次精礦、中精礦和尾礦等。選礦搖床被作為重選設備，曾廣泛用于砂金等礦物的分選，主要用于選金或選煤等。

　　6S玻璃鋼搖床具有富礦比高，分選效率高，操作簡單，易于維修，便于調節沖程。在改變橫向坡度和沖程是仍可保持床面運行平衡，彈簧放置在箱體內，結構緊湊，且能依次得出最終精礦和最終尾礦。床面是分選的工作表面。形狀有梯形、菱形等，我國幾乎均采用梯形床面，優點是便于配置。將梯形床面的三角形無礦帶切下，接到下部尾礦側便構成菱形床面，可以有效利用分選表面并延長分選時間，國外選煤搖床較多采用。
　　下面介紹關于使用選礦搖床的注意事項：
　　1、在使用搖床時，必須根據所選別的技術條件來選定沖程沖次。
　　2、搖床在使用時，應注意保持床頭部分的清潔，防止因礦砂滲進床頭內，造成機件不必要的磨損。
　　3、床頭使用一定時期后，當滑動軸承產生自然磨損時，應根據磨損程度及時更換滑動軸承。
　　4、床頭部分滑動軸承系采用ZQSn5-5-5材料。雖經精密加工制成，但使用應確保箱體內的潤滑油，防止潤滑軸承因缺油而造成磨損。
